Cake:
1 box yellow cake mix
1 small box of instant butterscotch pudding
1 small box of instant vanilla pudding
4 eggs
1 c water
½ c oil

Topping:
1 c brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
½ c chopped nuts
Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix ingredients for 5 minutes
2. Pour ½ into greased 9x13 pan, sprinkle with ½ of topping
3. Pour remaining batter on top and add topping
4. Bake for 40 minutes at 350°
