21 oz package of brownie mix
½ c of butter
¼ c of water
2 eggs
¾ chopped walnuts (optional)
8 oz package of cream cheese
2 tbsp of butter (softened)
1 tbsp of corn starch
1 can of sweetened condensed milk
1 egg
1 tsp of vanilla
1 can of cherry pie filling

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°
2. Grease 9x13 pan
3. Prepare brownie mix with butter, water, and 2 eggs. Mix in nuts (if desired)
4. Beat cream cheese, butter, and corn starch till fluffy. Pour in Sweetened condensed milk. Mix well
5. Add egg and vanilla.
6. Pour over brownie batter.
7. Bake 35- 40 until top is lightly brown. Chill
8. Top with cherry pie filling

I made this recipe with much trial and error. After having it one of Marie's shower's and craving it for years. The key is to cook it long enough but not over cook it.
