2 slabs of Babyback Ribs
BBQ or other sauce (wet)
Traeger Smoker

Directions:
Directions:
Remove the membrane from the back of the Babyback ribs.

Start with your Traeger on Smoke.
Place the racks on the grill and close the lid.
Increase the Temp to 225º.
Let Cook for 3.5-4 hours.
Remove the racks and wrap each in foil with your fave BBQ or sauce.
Place the ribs back on the grill and increase Temp to 375º. At this point, you could finish the ribs inside if necessary.
After another hour remove from grill, but keep in foil to rest 30+ minutes. Enjoy!
