2-3 Lamb tenderloins cubed
Marinade;
1 to 2 cups olive or canola oil
Salt and pepper
Chopped parsley
Chopped fresh thyme
Chopped rosemary
6 cloves garlic chopped

Combine all ingredients , add lamb and marinade for 1to 2 hours.. Put on skewers and grill.
