4 cucumbers peeled and sliced thinly
2 tablespoons salt
1½ cups sour cream
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Slice cucumbers into a bowl. Sprinkle with salt and stir to mix. Let stand for 30 minutes. Squeeze dry. Add sour cream, vinegar and sugar. Stir to coat. May sprinkle a small amount of paprika on top.
