½ c of butter
1 c of sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp of vanilla
1 ½ c of applesauce
1 c of flour
1/2 c oats
1/2 c oats blended into flour
1 tsp of baking soda
¾ tsp of cinnamon
¼ tsp of nutmeg
1 c chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
Blend butter and sugar well, until WELL incorporate. Add eggs, vanilla and blend until very smooth and fluffy.
Add applesauce
Add remaining ingredients with chocolate chips last.
Stir just until combined.
Pour into greased cookie sheet
Bake for 350 for 25 minutes

You can omit the whole oat and oat flour and just use 1 cup of flour instead. But it is really yummy with the extra oats.
