12 Nilla wafers
1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. Sugar or 2/3 c. Splenda
2 eggs
2 T. Flour
1 t. Almond extract or vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Place cookie in bottom of baking cup, flat side down. Best cream cheese until smooth on low. Gradually beat in sugar, then eggs, one at a time. Add remaining ingredients until smooth. Don't over beat the mixture. Spoon into cups. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
