1 box white cake mix
1 small box strawberry jello
4 whole eggs
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. water
10 oz. frozen strawberries, divided

Frosting:
1/2 c. strawberries (comes from 10 oz. frozen strawberries - above)
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 stick butter
Milk added as needed

Cake:
Mix together cake mix, strawberry jello powder, eggs, oil and water. Beat 4 minutes then add 1/2 cup of strawberries.

Grease and flour THREE 8 inch cake pans. Pour batter equally into all 3 pans. Bake according to box directions. Check for doneness. After 5 minutes, remove from pans and place on wire racks to cool.

Frosting:
Mix together sugar and butter; beat well. Add strawberries and mix well. Make sure frosting is thick enough and add more sugar as needed.

Frost 1st layer and put 2nd layer on top. Frost 2nd layer and put 3rd layer on top. Frost top and sides. Refrigerate.
