* 5 chicken breast, cut in half long way
* 1 jar Apricot preserves
* 2 packets Lipton Beefy Onion Soup mix
* 1 bottle of fat free Catalina dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the ingredients together well except for the chicken. Grease a 9 X 13 pan. Place the chicken in the greased pan and pour the mixture over the chicken. Coat the chicken well. Bake at 350' for 45 minutes. Half way through turn the chicken over.

Serve with rice.
