1 ripe mango peeled and chunked
1 c. cooked rice
salt
coconut cream
1 tsp. brown sugar

Cook the brown or white rice according to package directions.
1/2 c. rice with 1 c. water ... boil til the water is evaporated
sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon, if you like, over the rice

pour the coconut cream over the rice
top with mango chunks
