Ingredients:
Ingredients:
• 2 filets of Orange Roughy or other flaky white fish
• 1 bunch of dill
• 2 cloves of garlic
• 1/4 c of olive oil
• juice of one lemon
• cedar plank (soaked in salted water for 2-24 hours)

Directions:
Directions:
Remove plank from water and coat lightly with olive oil. Mix garlic, dill, lemon juice, 1/4 cup of olive oil, salt and pepper in a food processor. Arrange the fish on the cedar plank and cover with sauce.

Grill over medium low heat for 30 minutes. Check for flakiness to determine if done and cook longer if needed. If it seems the wood plank is on fire (it will be smoking, but if there are big flames try grilling it more indirectly or lowering heat.)
