1 small onion, chopped
10 oz. frozen chopped broccoli
1 T. butter or margarine
8 oz. processed cheese loaf (i.e. Velveeta)
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
5 oz. evaporated milk
3 c. cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion and broccoli in the butter for 3 - 5 minutes. Stir in cheese, soup and milk until smooth. Place rice in a greased 9" x 13" pan. Pour cheese mixture over the rice, do not stir. Bake uncovered at 325º for 30 minutes.
