Directions:
In a large saucepan or dutch oven, cook bacon slices until crisp. Remove, drain, and crumble bacon, reserving drippings in saucepan. Set bacon aside. Cook ground beef, onion, celery and garlic in drippings until beef is brown and onion is tender. Do not drain!

Stir in undrained tomatoes, beer, bottled hot pepper sauce, chili powder, salt and ground cinnamon. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, for about 1 hour, or to desired consistency, stirring occasionally.

Stir in beans, olives, raisins and chocolate. Simmer, uncovered, 5 minutes or until chocolate is melted and mixture is heated through. Garnish with reserved crumbled bacon.
