Ingredients:
Ingredients:
(Step One)
1 package (typically 3 pkg in a box) of graham crackers - use one section or approx 1 Cup

(Step Two)
3 8 oz Philadelphia cream cheese
5 eggs (add one at a time)
1 C. sugar
1 1/2 tsp vanilla ( I like to use Watkins products)

(Step Three)
1 pint sour cream ( I sometime use 8 oz only, especially if I am adding a fruit or carmel topping later)
6 T. sugar (if using 8 oz only use 3 tsp sugar)
1 1/2 tsp vanilla ( if using 8 oz sour cream, use just less than 1 tsp vanilla)

Directions:
Directions:
(Step One)
I place the contents in a large Zip Lock bag and roll the bag with my rolling pin to crush crackers finely. I then add the crushed crackers to 3 Tablespoons of melted butter and 3 tsp sugar. Mix well and line a buttered 13 x 9 pan. I use glass or you can also use a spring form pan.

(Step Two)
Beat above 4 ingredients well with mixer and pour into the unbaked crust lined pan. Bake approx 45-50 minutes at 325 degrees. Make sure middle is set.
Let the cheese cake cool for at least 30 minutes or so.

(Step Three)
Mix ingredients well by hand.
Pour over the cooled cake ( cake could still be somewhat warm)
Bake for approx 10 minutes or so until "sour cream is somewhat firm" at 375 degrees
Do not overbake.
