6 eggs
2 1/4 cups of flour (sifted)
3 cups of milk (2%)
4 teaspoons of melted butter
Pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix in blender until smooth.
Refrigerate for one hour.
Heat pan (12" or larger) on medium heat.
Lightly coat with Spray/butter.
Pour thin layer of mix onto pan. Rotate pan to evenly disburse.
Cook for a few minutes, until sold and lightly golden brown then flip and cook another minute.
