1-1lb box penne pasta
1 green bell pepper
1 red or yellow bell pepper
6 Roma tomatoes, or pint of grape tomatoes
2 large cucumbers
1 bunch green onions
1 cup vegetable oil
1 cup sugar
1 cup vinegar
½ tsp. Accent MSG Seasoning, optional
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. pepper
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 tbsp. chopped basil

Directions:

Cook pasta, rinse with cold water and set aside in a large bowl. Chop peppers, tomatoes and cucumbers into bite-size pieces. Chop green onions fine, include some of the green tops. Add all vegetables to pasta and toss until well combined. In separate bowl, combine oil, vinegar, sugar, Accent, salt, pepper, garlic and basil. Pour over pasta; toss gently and refrigerate several hours or overnight. Serves 10-12.
