1/4 cup Dried Rosemary
2 tablespoon dried Oregano
1 tablespoon dried crumbled Sage
2 tablespoon dried garlic flakes
1/4 cup kosher salt
2 tablespoon cracked black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Crumble Rosemary in a bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.

This rub is my go to when cooking Tom on Thanksgiving. It is also perfect for grilling chicken or fish. I sometimes cut back on the salt with this rub if I am brining the poultry.
