5 C potatoes, peeled and chopped
1 1/2 C water
1/4 C chopped onion
1 tsp parsley
1 chicken bouillon cube
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 C milk, warmed
2 Tbs flour
1/2 lb. Velveeta, cubed

Directions:
Directions:
n large pan combine potatoes, water, onions, parsley flakes, bouillon cube, and salt. Cover and simmer 15-20 minutes or until potatoes and onions are tender. Gradually whisk flour into bowl of warm milk. Add to soup. Cook until thick -- DO NOT boil. Add cheese and cook until melted.
