1 cup butter softened
4 tablespoons powder sugar
2 cups flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 4 ingredients well then add pecans into mixture. Form batter into 2 inch ball shapes and place on parchment lined cookie sheet. Bake in oven set at 350º for 25 to 30 minutes till light brown in color. While still warm roll in powderd sugar. These can be made ahead and placed in a Zip Lock freezer bag with powdered sugar in the bag and frozen if desired.
