1 pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. mayo
4 oz. Velveeta Cheese, cubed
3 jalapeño peppers, seeded and chopped
12 Ritz crackers, crushed to 1/2 c.
1 T. butter, melted
1 green onion

Directions:
Directions:
Beat cream cheese, mayo and Velveeta, add peppers. Spread into pie plate. Mix crumbs and butter. Sprinkle over top of dip and bake 20 minutes at 350º. Remove from oven and sprinkle with chopped green onions. Serve with Ritz crackers or Fritos.
