1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
4 eggs
2 c. chocolate syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt

Frosting:
2 c. powdered sugar
3 Tbsp. cream de menth syrup
1/2 c. butter

Topping:
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 1/2 c. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat over to 350º. Spray 9x13" pan with cooking spray. In large bowl beat 1 cup sugar and 1/2 cup butter. Beat in eggs, chocolate syrup and vanilla. Stir in flour and salt. Mix until well blended. Pour into pan. Bake 30 min. or just until brownies start to pull away from side of pan. Cool. In large bowl combine powdered sugar, cream de menth, and 1/2 cup butter. Mix until smooth. Spread over cooled brownies. In a small sauce pan heat chocolate chips and 1 1/2 cups butter until melted. Remove from heat, cool. Pour over frosting. Let stand until chocolate is set. Cut into 2" squares or triangles.
