2-4 ripe or overripe bananas
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 c. flour (regular flour or wheat flour is good too)
1/2 stick of butter (melted)
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Grease or butter loaf pan.

Mash bananas with a fork. Stir in other ingredients. Pour into loaf pan. Bake for 45 -60 minutes.
