1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. flour
1 stick butter or margarine, melted
8 oz. container of cool whip
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 large box instant vanilla pudding
1 small box instant chocolate pudding
3 c. of cold milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the pecans, flour and melted butter and mash into a 9x13 pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350 and allow to cool.

Mix the cream cheese, 1 cup of the cool whip, and the powdered sugar. Spread on the cooled crust.

Mix the vanilla and chocolate puddings with 3 cups of cold milk and spread on the cheese layer.

Spread the rest of the cool whip on top. Garnish with shaved chocolate or chopped nuts. Freeze. Put the frozen dessert in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours before cutting.
