4 Lg Vidalia onions
4 tsp. butter
4 beef bouillon cubes
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Remove skins, wash and core onions.
Place 1 tsp. butter and 1 beef bouillon cue in the center of each onion, sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Wrap each onion in a double thickness of foil.
Cook on grill on low about 45 minutes or bake in 350º oven for about 45 minutes.

May be microwaved on high covered with plastic wrap in a safe dish for 8 minutes.
