Combine with final flour mixture:
Cayenne pepper, curry powder, paprika, salt and pepper

Chicken pieces
2 eggs
Thousand island dressing
Flour
Seasoned flour
Crisco oil

Frying Chicken:
Dip chicken pieces in just flour, then into egg and salad dressing mixture. hen dip into seasoned flour mixture. Place chicken pieces in skillet with hot oil. Cover skillet with sheet of foil. Fry to crisp on both sides of chicken. Take chicken out of oil and drain on paper towel.
Heat oven to 400º
Put cooling racks on lined cookie sheet. Place drained chicken on cooling rack on cookie sheet. Put in oven for 30-45 min. Chicken can be turned in 15-20 min. Makes crispy and well done fried chicken.

**Use paper bags for flour and seasoning flour mixture. Saves a lot of mess.
