5 Onions, Vidalia
2 c. water
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. white vinegar
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. celery salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the water, sugar, and vinegar in a large bowl, stir until sugar is dissolved.
Thinly slice onions and soak in water mixture overnight.
Drain and dry onions then add the mayonnaise and celery salt.

Serve with crackers
