12 oz ground beef
2 yellow onions
2 bell peppers
32 oz box of beef broth
15 oz can of black beans
2 – 15 oz cans of red beans
1 can of diced tomatoes
1 can of green chilis (optional)
6 oz of tomato paste
1 tsp of garlic powder
1/2 tsp of black pepper
1 tbsp. of balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp. of unsweet cocoa powder
1 – 2 tsp. of chili powder OR chipotle peppers in Adobe sauce
1/2 - 1 tsp of salt
1 tbsp. of sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onions and bell peppers and brown the ground beef in a large pot. Add remaining ingredients, bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for at least 30 minutes. Garnish with shredded cheese and avocado slices.
