1 loaf (1 lb.) frozen bread dough, thawed
1 egg, separated
1/2 T. Parmesan cheese
1/2 T. olive oil
1/4 t. parsley
1/2 t. oregano or less
1/4 t. garlic powder
Pinch of pepper
8 oz. sliced pepperoni
2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 c. banana pepper rings (optional)
1 medium green pepper, diced (optional)
1 can (2 1/4 oz.) sliced black olives (optional)
1 can (15 oz.) pizza sauce

Directions:
Directions:
On a greased baking sheet, roll out dough into a 15" x 10" rectangle. In a bowl, combine the egg yolk, Parmesan cheese, oil, parsley, oregano, garlic powder and pepper. Brush over the dough. Sprinkle with pepperoni, mozzarella cheese, pepper rings, green pepper and olives. Roll up, jelly roll style, starting with a long side; pinch seam to seal and tuck ends under.
Place seam side down; brush with egg white. Do not let rise.

Bake at 350º for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown. Warm the pizza sauce; serve with sliced loaf.
