1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. Vegetable oil
1 tsp. dried thyme
1 tsp. dried marjoram
1 tsp. rubbed sage
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground ginger
1 tsp. black pepper
1 1/2 ib. Pork Tenderloins

Directions:

Mix together everything except the pork to create a marinade.
Thoroughly prick the pork with fork and place in a gallon sized ziplock bag. Pour in the marinade and seal the bag. Let marinate for 2 hours in refrigerator.
Discard the marinade and put pork on a rack in a roasting pan.
Bake at 350º for 1 hour or until internal temp. reaches 160º. Slice & serve.
