1 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
1/4 c. shortening
1/3 c. water
2 c. Bisquick
Hershey chocolate kisses
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º F.
Mix first 5 ingredients and add in the Bisquick. Shape dough into teaspoon size balls. Roll in white sugar. Place 2" apart on non-greased baking sheet. Do not flatten.
Bake until edges are light brown (about 8-10 minutes). After removing from oven immediately press 1 unwrapped chocolate kiss firmly in each cookie.
Cool slightly and remove from baking sheet to let cool completely on rack.
