2 (9 inch) Pie shells, unbaked
4 c. Apples, diced
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 tbsp. flour
2 c. sour cream
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla

Topping:
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
6 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º
Mix the sugar and flour for the filling then add apples, sour cream, eggs & vanilla. Pour into the 2 pie shells and bake for 30 minutes.

Combine the topping ingredients together. After 30 minutes, remove pies from oven and sprinkle with topping. Return to the oven for 10 minutes.
