For Cake:
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. nuts
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple, with juice

For Frosting:
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. milk
1 stick margarine
2 c. confectioners' sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Grease a 9 x 13 cake pan. Mix all ingredients for the cake together. Pour into a greased cake pan. Bake for 30-40 minutes. Then frost with the cream cheese frosting while cake is still warm. To prepare the cream cheese frosting. Using an electric hand mixer, cream together the cream cheese, vanilla, and margarine. Add in the milk and confectioners' sugar 1 cup at a time until smooth.
