NOTE: double the recipe for a 9x13 glass pan

20 crushed Ritz crackers
1 c chopped walnuts
1 t. baking powder

In separate bowl: Beat until stiff 3 egg whites
gradually add, 1 c sugar
1 t. vanilla

Fold cracker mix into egg whites, Bake in GLASS dish 8x9 or double for 9x13.

Bake at 350º for 30 min When cool, top with Cool Whip and grated chocolate bar
