Meatballs
2 lb. lean ground beef
2 eggs slightly beaten
1 C Italian seasoned bread crumbs (crushed)
1/2 C V-8 Juice
1/8 tsp garlic powder
3 Tbs instant minced onion
1 3/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 C Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tbs Nature’s Seasoning

Sauce
1 12 oz bottle chili sauce
1/2 C grape jelly
Juice of 1 lemon or lemon juice (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all meatball ingredients and shape into desired size balls. Place on rack in broiling pan and cook in oven on 350 degrees until brown (45 minutes).
Combine all sauce ingredients and heat until jelly has dissolved.
Combine meatballs and sauce in crock pot and simmer to heat thoroughly.
Meatballs and sauce freeze very well.
