1 c. White Cheddar, grated
1 c. yellow Cheddar, grated
4 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
1 tsp. prepared Mustard
1 4 oz. pimentos, drained (or more)
1/4 c. Mayonaise
1/4 c. plain Yogurt
4 - 8 shakes of hot sauce { like Texas Pete]
pinch or two of salt, pepper, garlic powder

Directions:

Mix in a food processor and serve as spread on crackers, with carrots, celery, cucumber slices, or on bread for a sandwich.
