3 cans peaches, drained (or any other fruit you would like: apricots, pineapple, etc.)
3 tbsp. brown sugar
8 - 10 Ritz crackers
2 tbsp butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Grease the baking dish with Pam add fruits. Crush brown sugar and Ritz crackers together then sprinkle over the fruits and drizzle with melted butter. Bake uncovered in a 325º over for about 20 minutes or until bubbles and browns. Serve alone or with Ice cream, yogurt or dollop of whipped cream.
