Chicken pieces or breast portions to cover pan
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. wine vinegar
1/4 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Brown chicken pieces or breast portions in olive oil and butter. AFTER LIGHTLY seasoning chicken with salt and pepper and garlic powder. reduce heat to low and add water and wine vinegar. cover and cook 5 minutes or until meat is cooked through.
