2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 c. grated zucchini
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. raisins
1 c. oil
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 1/2 c. flour
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and place in either a large loaf pan or several small loaf pans. Bake at 350º for 50-60 minutes or until done.
