1 large bottle liquid boil
1 large package powder boil
2 boxes of the boil spices in the cheese cloth
About 12 bay leaves
Handful or so of whole peppercorns
1/4 box or so of salt
6 lemons sliced
6 onions quartered
6 heads of garlic
Potatoes and Corn
3 pounds of shrimp she'll on and heads if you can find them

Directions:
In a very large pot bring all to boil except corn and shrimp and cook until the potatoes are fork tender. .
Add shrimp and corn. Boil 5 min then let sit 10 minutes with fire off. Strain off liquid and pour into large serving bowl.

This is really a great way to cook shrimp corn and new potatoes. Find a picnic table cover with newspaper dump it out and eat. Jason really knows his stuff on this one. PS, the dinner on the front of the cookbook is this recipe
