2 c. warm water
1/3 c. sugar
4 1/2 tsp. yeast
2 c. flour
2 eggs
1/3 c. butter
4 1/2 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Combine warm water, sugar and yeast with 2 cups flour. Beat 2 minutes with electric mixer. Add eggs and butter. Beat 1 minute more. Blend in 4 1/2 cups of flour and stir until dough is formed. Let rest 20 minutes. Roll to 1/2 inch thick and cut into 2 1/2 inch rounds and place on greased or lined cookie sheet. Let rise until double and light about 40 minutes. Press indentation in each round with a teaspoon and fill with filling of choice. Bake 18-20 minutes at 350º. Frost with powdered sugar frosting while still warm.
