2 c. chopped cooked lobster tail or claw meat
4 tbsp. celery minced
4 tbsp. onion minced
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. plain yogurt
3 tsp. fresh tarragon

toasts or crackers


Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients top each toast or cracker with a spoonful and serve.

Remember: if substituting fat free mayonnaise or yogurt watch the salt as these products have higher sodium.

A very small squeeze of fresh lemon adds a bit of zip.
Crayfish & Shrimp could be substituted.
