Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 cups of self rising flour
4 tablespoons of lard cut into small pieces
3/4 of a cup of buttermilk.
Pinch of salt.

Directions:
Directions:
Place the flower in a bowl and the chunks of lard and using a knife and fork cut it in. Do not use a mixture of any type or mash together with your hands. Do all of this by hand with a knife and fork. It's very easy. Next slowly add the butter milk and continued to cut in with a knife and fork. You don't want it too wet and you don't want it to sticky. Let it set for a little while then roll it out.
Cut out biscuits and bake in a preheated oven at 350º until golden brown.
