3 cups sifted flour
1/3 cup cocoa
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
2 1/2 cups sugar
2/3 cup oil
2 tsp. vinegar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 cups water
Directions:
Directions:
Don't grease or flour the 13" x 9" x 2" pan.
Sift the dry ingredients and put in mixing bowl. Make 3 holes and pour in the oil, vinegar & vanilla. With mixer, mix in the water a little at a time, mixing until smooth and well blended.
Pour the batter into the pan and bake at 350º for 30 - 40 minutes or until done in the center.
