1 lb. ham loaf
1 /2 - 1 cup bread crumbs ( or pieces)
3/4 cup milk
1 small onion, diced
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 egg

Sauce:
1 cup brown sugar
3 T. vinegar
1 T. dry mustard

Mix and boil for 1 minute.

Double recipe for a 9 x 13 pan

Mix all ingredients together and form small meat loaves - about the size of 1/2 wiener. Place the loaves in a pan.

Bake at 300º - 325º for 1 hour, pour off excess liquid.
Spoon the sauce over the loaves and bake slowly for 1 more hour at 300º - 325º.

You can hurry these but best if you don't.
