2 large boxes of vanilla instant pudding
1 - 8 oz. container of Cool Whip

Graham Crackers

1 stick of butter
6 T. milk
4 T. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the pudding and cool whip

Layer in a 9 x 13 pan:
Graham crackers - whole
Pudding Mix
Graham crackers
Pudding Mix
Graham crackers

Top with Chocolate frosting.

In small saucepan melt the butter; add the milk, cocoa, vanilla and powdered sugar.
Mix thoroughly and pour over the cake while still warm.
Refrigerate.
Better if made the day before.
