1 T. oil
8 0z. kielbasa, slice 1/4 inch thick
2 T. whole-grain mustard
8 slices of rye bread
8 slices of cheddar cheese
jalapeņo pepper, thinly sliced
2 T. butter
Directions:
Directions:
Cook kielbasa in oil until browned, transfer to paper towel lined plate.

Spread bread slices with mustard and cheese. Add kielbasa and jalapenos and make a sandwich.

Melt 1/2 T. butter in skillet. Add 2 sandwiches and grill, flip and grill. Continue with rest of sandwiches.
