4 eggs
1/2 c. biscuit mix
1/4 c. salad oil
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
5 drops Tabasco sauce
1 1/2 c. fresh crab meat
2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
2 tbsp. dry vermouth

Directions:
Put eggs, biscuit mix, oil, milk, salt, pepper and Tabasco into blender and mix well. With spoon fold in crab meat, parsley and vermouth. Pour into greased 9-inch pie plate or oblong glass dish 6x10x2 inches. Sprinkle paprika on top.
Bake in 350º oven for 35 to 45 minutes, or until firm. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
