8 oz. Ditalini shells
1 c. milk
3/4 c. ricotta cheese
1/2 c. cheddar cheese
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. fresh chopped parsley
1/4 c. breadcrumbs
2 T. melted butter
Salt and Pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 375º

Prepare pasta and reduce time by 1/3.

Mix milk and ricotta in a blender. Pour in mixing bowl, add cheeses, parsley, salt, pepper and pasta and pour in baking dish.

Mix breadcrumbs, butter and 2 T. of parmesan cheese. Sprinkle over casserole and bake for 35 minutes.
