Bowl A:
2 lb. of broccoli cut up into florets
2 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. ground coriander
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. chili powder

Bowl 2:
1 lb. large shrimp, shelled and deveined
2 tbsp. olive oil
lemon zest from one lemon
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Directions:

Preheat oven to 425º.

In a small bowl, combine all the seasoning for Bowl A. In Bowl A, toss the broccoli with the olive oil to coat, then sprinkle the combined seasonings and toss. Spread the seasoned broccoli in a single layer onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Place in the oven for 10 minutes.

While broccoli is cooking, using the same bowl for the broccoli combine all the ingredients for Bowl 2 and toss, until the shrimp is well coated. When the broccoli has been in the oven for 10 minutes, carefully pull in out an add the shrimp to the baking sheet.

Place back in the oven for an additional 10 minutes, tossing halfway through. It is ready when the broccoli is tender and golden around the edges.
