2.5 T unsalted butter
2 shallots diced small
2 garlic cloves diced
1 t chopped fresh thyme
3/4 t chopped fresh rosemary
6 Cups roasted spaghetti squash
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
2 T grated Parmesan
coarse salt and ground pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In large nonstick skillet, melt butter over medium. Add shallots and garlic and cook until soft, about 7 minutes. Stir thyme and rosemary and cook until fragrant about 1 minute. Add squash, toss to combine. Cook until warmed through, stir in parsley and Parmesan. Add salt and pepper to taste.

I added sautéed vegetables to butter, shallots and garlic.
